How I work with you

I focus on Collaborative design, creating something together.  Listening to the brief - your ideas, wants and needs. I then design options in response to your vision, helping to visualise possibilities and narrow down ideas with you, including looking at site and costs constraints. Final design, which can include detailed costings and design specification.

Initial design ideas and drawings - from £200 depending on scope of project

Design Finalisation - from £200 depending on scope of project

Planning applications where required - I advise also working with a local planning consultant for complex applications.
